TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Booking Fee:
The Booking Fee of 100$ is required to secures the date, time, and services of Just Natural by Rod Photography. It is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, representing the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing.
Payment Terms:
Following payment of the booking fee, the total balance of fees is to be paid 1 week prior to the session date.
Just Natural by Rod Photography accepts bank transfers only.
Images included in this contract may be used in their portfolio, literature, website, email, and social media channels.
Copyright:
Any images or copies remain the copyright of Just Natural by Rod Photography. Copying or allowing to be copied photographically, electronically, or by any other means without written permission for commercial use is illegal. Clients have the right to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Attendance:
In the unlikely event of the assigned Photographer being unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, Just Natural by Rod Photography reserves the right to appoint another photographer.
Cancellation:
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to Just Natural by Rod Photography but shall forfeit any monies paid.
Delivery:
Client Gallery for selections will be provided to the nominated email within 2 days of the session for selections. The final completed edits will be provided within 3 weeks via Pixieset client gallery to download.
