What are the retainer and cancellation policies for booking?
All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date and time for your session within 48 hours of enquiry.
What is the rescheduling/cancellation policy?
JNBR Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or weather impacts. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee. The paid deposit can be used to reschedule your session within 3 months of the original booking date. There will be a $50 rescheduling Fee. If you, however, choose to cancel your session instead of reschedule, your paid retainer will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Cancellation or rescheduling of your session’s date within 72 hours will incur an additional $100 cancellation fee (at photographers discretion) in addition to not receiving a refund.
How far in advance should I book?
We take bookings 24 months in advance.
Can I bring my pets to a session?
Yes, of course!! As they are Family. Please keep them leashed and bring someone to keep them engaged as they might get bored.
What happens prior to our session?
For an outdoor session, we will meet at the prior discussed location at the time specified. I will always arrive early to look for the best locations for our session; if you are running late, please text me to let me know you are still on your way. I spend a few minutes chit-chatting with you and getting to know your children, partner, and yourself. Outdoor sessions are enjoyable, easygoing, and need you to be fully present in order to capture the greatest images of you and/or your family.
Do you travel?
Oh Yes, I’m based in St.Agnes, SA, and I’d love to capture your best moments in your favorite spot. But it will incur a traveling cost based on the distance!
How long until I receive our gallery?
Turn around 3 weeks from the date of selections.
How much will it cost for an additional image?
I’m glad you love the photos, An additional image will cost you $10.
Can I get the RAW images?
I don’t provide Raw images ever as I need to make the edits very special.
How is payment made?
A $100 non-refundable retainer is required within 48 Hours of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 1 weeks prior to your scheduled date, via bank transfer to the nominated bank account. I’m completely fine if you would like to pay in full or in installments prior to your session. A copy of the deposit should be sent through via email or direct message on our socials.
